How do I receive my escrow refund (surplus)?
When accepting your escrow refund you have four options:
1. Credit your refund back into the escrow account.
2. Apply your refund as a Principal Only payment on your loan.
3. Deposit your refund into your United Bank of Union Checking or Savings account.*
4. Surplus check will be mailed to address on loan account.
*This option requires that the owners of the Deposit account match the Borrowers on the loan.
If the Bank received no response, a surplus check will be issued and mailed.
