On this page, UBU employees will find instructions and tutorials to various pieces of the new Digital Banking system, as well as helpful hints and tips! Be sure to "Favorite" or "Bookmark" this page to find easily in the future for reference. Thank you for your help in using this platform as we are entering the final stages of testing before we launch this experience to our customers!
This platform is still in a testing phase for back-end configurations and cosmetic requests on the customer-facing portion. We are opening up these platforms to employees now so they can learn & grow with us over the next several weeks prior to releasing to this feature to the public.
**At this time, the digital banking upgrade announcement has not yet been released to the public. We have a few more things to line up before we do so, so please keep this information internally for the time being.**
How to Get Started with the NEW Digital Banking Platform
For desktop access, visit the new Digital Banking platform by copying this link into a browser of your choice (excluding Internet Explorer): https://secure.ubu.bank/ubudigital/uux.aspx#/login
To download the TEST mobile app, select the instructions below that pertain to your personal device.
TIP: the test app is a white background app with "UBU" and a torch on the front. This will exist separately from our current, green United Bank of Union application.

Encounter an Error?
Please let the Q2 Project Team know by submitting a short, 3-question form found in Teams. Simply go to United Bank of Union's Team in the lefthand navigation pane, click General, and then select "Digital Banking Testing Issues Form" found at the top of your page. Or, click here to be directed to the online version of this form.
Current Issues in Progress, Working on a Solution:
- - BillPay - for Retail & Business users: this portion of the system will not be configured until closer to the launch of Q2. This component will not be available due to restrictions in place by Fiserv that prevents us from being able to offer this in the current app AND the new app. For the time being, please continue to conduct all BillPay transactions through the current (green) UBU app and the current online banking platform accessed by visiting the website at ww.ubu.bank
- - Messages: at times, a red alert may be present indicating you have a message when your inbox appears empty. Additionally, you may encounter an error when trying to delete messages
- CDs on Homepage: at this time, CDs are not showing a correct balance. We are working to fix this issue so that Current Balance and Maturity Date are the fields to be displayed. Further details are always available by clicking the account tile and selecting "Details".
