Tips to a Successful Digital Upgrade Experience


The UBU Digital Banking Upgrade is coming soon on March 3, 2021 @ 8:00 AM. Desktop access will automatically update to the new platform on Wednesday, March 3 @ 8:00 AM. Mobile apps will require new app downloads or upgrades effective at this time. 
Customers can expect:

- better digital banking experience built just for them.
- a seamless transition to the new system, with all of their accounts and transaction
history transferring over. 
- new and exciting features to take their banking experience further

7 Tips to a Successful Digital Banking Experience


1. Verify Your Contact Information on File is Correct

Customers can verify their current information on file by logging into UBU's online banking and selecting "Profile". For additional help on this, please visit our Verify Contact Information webpage.
 

2. Upgrade Your Internet Browser for an Upgraded Digital Banking Experience

The new digital banking platform is best optimized for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. For free installation information, check out our Browser Compatibility webpage.

3. Familiarize Yourself with the Secure Access Codes Process

This is a new security feature that will serve as an additional security measure to keep accounts secure. Learn more about Secure Access Codes by visiting our Secure Access Code webpage.

4. BillPay Will be Unavailable Beginning Wednesday,   February 24 @ 9PM

BillPay will be unavailable from a customer perspective effective 02/24 @ 9PM as we prepare to migrate information securely and accurately to the new banking platform. 

We recommend BillPay customers to schedule any payments to be paid between February 24 - March 2. Additionally, if any issues occur and customers need to create, adjust, or cancel a BillPay payment in this window, please contact our Customer Call Center and they will be able to assist. 

5. UBU Online Banking will be View Only Effective Tuesday, March 2 @ 6PM

Customers can still access accounts, but various transaction features will be disabled while we prepare to shift customers to the new, exciting platform the next morning.

Various transactions that will be disabled are funds transfers, BillPays, loan payments, etc.

6. UBU Mobile Apps Will Be Available on Monday, March 1 @ 10AM

Apple users will see their apps automatically update (if their app settings are set to automatically update). Android users will be able to go to the Google Play store to download the new app. For more information on what to expect, visit our Mobile Apps Early Access webpage.

7. The New Digital Banking System is LIVE on Wednesday, March 3 @ 8AM
