How do I pay my escrow shortage?
You have the option to pay the shortage amount in full by February 14, 2024, or repayment will be spread out over your next 12 monthly payment. Simply log into your digital banking to pay the shortage. Here's how:
To pay from your United Bank of Union account:
1. Log into Digital Banking and on the left menu bar, select "Money Management" then "Pay Loans."
2. Select your "From" and "To" accounts.
3. Under "Payment Type" select "Escrow Only Payment" and enter the exact amount of your shortage. This amount can be found in the Annual Escrow Projections for the Coming Year paragraph towards the end of your escrow statement.
4. Verify the payment date and click "Submit."
To pay from an external bank account:
